About Founder
Rebekah Dogra gratuated from University of Phoenix online in March 2007. Rebekah worked in various consulting roles doing HTML mockups for online continuing education courses. In 2011, she moved to India and continued her work along with teaching music and supporting a music school startup in Bangalore. In January of 2018, she joined a Software startup Firm in India as an HR Manager. She worked her way up to become a director of Human Resources and Administration. She has solid experience with startup environments, organizational development, administration, and talent development. Her philosophy towards development is one of creating opportunities, fostering an inclusive environment, and self-driven ambition.
Rebekah founded Noor Properties L.L.C and Acculturis on January 1, 2025. She has a passion for building community resources and supporting both students and families through community-business partnerships for better neighborhoods.
